Brady Bacon and The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma Partner for 2023 Chili Bowl Nationals
Brady Bacon and The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma, which represents every segment of the oil and natural gas industry, today announced a partnership for the 37th Annual Chili Bowl Nationals being held in the SageNet Center at Tulsa’s Expo Square January 10-15, 2023.
Brady is once again slated to pilot the TKH Motorsports 21H entry which will promote all the hardworking members and iconic symbols of Oklahoma’s oil and gas industry with a special scheme designed exclusively for the Chili Bowl.
“The oil and natural gas industry powers our state, powers our nation, and it powers the cars that will take the track at this year’s Chili Bowl,” The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma President Brook A. Simmons said. “The Petroleum Alliance takes great pride in the work done by the men and women of Oklahoma’s oil and natural gas industry to fuel human progress, and we’re proud to support fellow Oklahoman Brady Bacon. We drill. He drives.”
“The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma and I recognize the importance of the oil and gas industry to the state and its people. I am proud to represent an industry so important to Oklahoma’s history and economy,” said Bacon. “I look forward to meeting The Petroleum Alliance members and thanking them for what they do to allow Oklahoma to prosper.”
The Sweet Springs, MO based TKH Motorsports and Broken Arrow, OK Native Bacon are no strangers to success inside the Tulsa Expo center. The combo has claimed two Tulsa Shootout Golden Driller trophies and has made the Saturday A Main in both of their Chili Bowl attempts (’20 and ’21) together. The team’s Triple X chassis will be powered by a Toyota for this year’s event thanks to RMS Racing.
“I am very excited about our chances this year. Kelly Hinck has provided us with great equipment as always, and we have gained on our package significantly despite our limited midget starts. The support from The Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma and switching to a Toyota with the help of RMS Racing helps us improve our team going into this year’s Chili Bowl.” explains Bacon. “We are definitely looking to add a Chili Bowl Golden Driller to go alongside the Shootout wins we have together.”
